Takeshi Murata’s 1996 film, Silver. The Japanese animator stretches and manipulates pixels of the 1960s horror film, Black Sunday to create a densely layered object of psychedelic abstraction. The film is accompanied by a series of ambient soundworks by artists Robert Beatty and Ellen Molle.
